1. About Dear Rosa
Dear Rosa is an online gift store offering thoughtfully designed gifts, including mugs and canvas bags, with selected products available for personalisation.

2. Products and Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, prices and other information on our website are accurate.

These variations do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Product availability may change from time to time. If we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution.
3. Personalised Products
Some Dear Rosa products can be personalised with a name or other details supplied by you.
When ordering a personalised product, please carefully check all information entered, including spelling, capitalisation and other requested details, before submitting your order.
We will use the personalisation information you provide to prepare your product.
We are not responsible for personalisation errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by a customer, provided the product has been made in accordance with that information.
Personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns under our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, incorrectly made or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless stated otherwise.
The applicable product prices and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed using our nominated payment service provider.
We do not intend to accept payment for products that we know we cannot supply.
If a pricing or product information error occurs, we will contact you to resolve the issue appropriately rather than simply proceeding with an incorrect order.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
When you place an order, please ensure that your contact details, delivery address and product selections are correct.
After submitting an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate outcome, including a refund where applicable.
Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order details. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or fulfilment.

Any delivery estimates provided on our website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or additional arrangements may be required.
Once an order has been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery enquiries or issues. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights if an order is not supplied as required by law.
Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted for eligible non-personalised products subject to the conditions in that policy.
Personalised products are excluded from change-of-mind returns, but this does not remove any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
